Rose Absolute (Bulgaria) is a luxurious oil crafted from the fresh petals of the Damask Rose (Rosa damascena). The secret to Bulgaria's exceptional Rose Absolute is said to lie in unique soil and near-ideal climatic conditions, which nurture the Damask Rose to perfection.
Bulgaria, also known as Rose Valley, has a rich legacy spanning over three centuries in essential rose oil distillation. Here, around 4000 kilograms (or 8818 pounds) of petals are meticulously distilled to produce just 1 kilogram of pure Bulgarian rose oil.
Our Rose Absolute embodies this tradition, with a supremely concentrated oil, perfect for perfumery, diffusers, and lavish skincare formulations.
Rich Perfumery: Rose Absolute has a concentrated, strong fragrance. Just a few drops are needed to achieve your desired scent.
Scenting Skin Care & Cosmetics: For most formulations, a concentration of around 0.1% to 1% of Rose Absolute is common. Begin with a lower concentration and gradually increase it to meet your desired scent profile.
Aromatherapy: Infuse your space with a romantic, peaceful ambience by adding 1 or 2 drops of rose oil to your diffuser. It blends beautifully with most fragrance oils.
Sensual Massage Oil: Treat the senses with a Rose Absolute-infused massage blend. One drop per 30mL of your chosen carrier oil is enough.

Rose (Bulgaria) Absolute does blend well with most oils, but it works particularly well with Bergamot, Chamomile German, Chamomile Roman, Clary Sage, Geranium, Melissa, Rosewood, Sandalwood, and Ylang-ylang.
Cautions: All absolutes are extremely concentrated by nature. They should not be evaluated in this state unless you are accustomed to the undiluted fragrance. For those trying absolutes for the first time, we strongly recommend evaluating them in dilution.
Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping) be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.
