In-Store Pickup

We are located at 6781 Columbus Road, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2G9.

Our pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.  

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Please note our offices are closed from Monday December 23 - Wednesday January 1st.  Orders will not be available for In-Store Pickup during this time.  For more information, please contact us.

1.  Please bring your photo ID and the credit card used for payment.
2.  Upon arrival, enter the main building entrance foyer.
3.  Approach the reception window (ring the bell if unattended) and provide your order details to the receptionist.
4.  The receptionist will confirm your order and give you the pick-up order document.
5.  Take order document(s), exit building, and proceed to Dock No. 4 (at the back of the building) as instructed by receptionist.

Please pick up your order within 5 business days of this confirmation email. Otherwise, the order will be canceled, and a restocking fee of $10 or 20% of the order value, whichever is greater, will be applied.
