DESCRIPTION

Cedar Leaf (Thuja) Essential Oil, often referred to as Eastern White Cedar or Tree of Life, possesses a sharp, fresh, camphoraceous aroma that sets it apart from the warm, woody scent of Cedarwood Oil. Sourced from the Thuja occidentalis trees that grow near freshwater, this oil has a distinctive profile, widely used in perfumes, toiletries, cosmetics, and soaps for its invigorating fragrance. Cedar Leaf Oil’s potent aromatic properties make it ideal for formulations requiring a refreshing, uplifting scent, while its toning qualities benefit skin care and hair care applications.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

  • Cleansing Skin Elixirs: For skin care products such as facial cleansers, toners, or spot treatments, add 0.5% to 2% of Cedar Leaf Oil to help balance and refresh the complexion. Recommended for formulations that target oily and acne-prone skin types.

  • Clarifying Hair Ingredient: Incorporate 0.5% to 1% of Cedar Leaf Oil into scalp treatments or shampoos for its purifying and balancing effects on the scalp.

  • Aromatherapy: Use 3-5 drops in a diffuser or blend with carrier oils at 1% to 2% for a sharp, uplifting aroma that promotes mental clarity.
