Product Abstract: Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is extracted from Anthemis nobilis, a daisy-like plant consisting of a small flower head, a yellow center, and multiple white florets. Thriving in soils rich in silica and at low altitudes, this herb is a ground cover plant, only growing to 30 cm tall. Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is believed to possess both warming and cooling properties and is used around the world to support vitality. Historically, Chamomile Roman has been used to treat colds, fevers, inflammations, and nausea. In Aromatherapy, Chamomile Roman Essential Oil is believed to exude a tranquil essence upon application, making it a valued ingredient in massage blends geared towards promoting relaxation. In modern-day China, Chamomile Roman Oil is used to ease the side effects of anxiety, colds, and digestive issues.
Cautions: Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals and should be avoided by those allergic to ragweed; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping) be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.
