This constituent is a pale yellow oily liquid that has a sweet Rose-like scent. It is the main compound of Rose Oil, Palmarosa Oil, and Citronella Oil (Java type). Geraniol can also be found in small quantities in the essential oils of plants such as Geranium and Lemon.
