Calm Kitty: Catnip Essential Oil is used to calm and soothe cats, promoting relaxation and easing anxiety.
Catnip Isn’t Just for Cats: Humans can unwind with its delightful scent too, through diffusers or as part of a massage routine.
Rich Herbal Tradition: Embraced since ancient times, Catnip Essential Oil continues to serve multiple purposes around the world.
You’ll love our catnip almost as much as your cat does—it’s the ultimate treat! Catnip, also known as Catmint, has earned a reputation for its intoxicating effect on house cats, caused by a compound that induces temporary euphoria. However, since the 15th century, humans have also used Catnip as an herbal remedy. It’s valued for its soothing properties, alleviating discomfort and promoting relaxation.
Native to Europe, Asia, and Africa, Catnip has naturalized in North America. The Catnip plant is widely used in commercial teas and cat toys and is cultivated in parts of Canada such as Alberta and British Columbia. Catnip Essential Oil is very concentrated. Dilute before applying to the skin or using in any other application.
